Jetstar
Jetstar is Australia's and Singapore’s new low fares airline for Australia and the Asia-Pacific. Our aim is to provide consistent low fares to Australian, New Zealand and Asian leisure travellers.
Jetstar’s Australian operation is wholly owned by Qantas but is managed separately and operates independently. Our Australian headquarters are in Melbourne. Jetstar’s intra Asian operation is a Singapore-based partnership between Qantas (49%), local businessmen Tony Chew (22%) and FF Wong (10%) and Temasek Holdings (19%) with the hub based in Singapore.

Virgin Blue
Virgin Blue is Virgin's low-fare airline 'down under'. Virgin Blue has scooped the prize pool at the 2006 AFTA (Australian Federation of Travel Agents) National Travel Industry Awards winning the Best National Airline and Best Regional Airline titles. This is the first year Virgin Blue has been nominated for the dual awards which recognises the leading companies from a range of travel sectors including airlines, hotels, travel agents, car rental companies and wholesalers.
