| Q: | How do I make a booking? |
| A: | You can either make a booking directly on the Tokewl Travel website, click the link to the property’s official website or call our Call Centre on 1300 785 139. |
| Q: | How can I get assistance while making a booking? |
| A: | Please feel free to contact our Call Centre on 1300 785 139 or send an email to bookings@tokewl.com.au. |
| Q: | How do I know that my booking has been confirmed when I book online? |
| A: | Once the booking has been processed, a confirmation page will open on your browser and a confirmation email will also be sent to your email address. |
| Q: | What does a ‘Request List’ mean when there is no availability of a package for selected properties? |
| A: | If there isn’t availability for a package, some accommodation properties give you the option to fill out a request form. This means that the accommodation property may be able to take your booking if there has been a cancellation or opening of a room. The resort will be in contact with you if they accept your request. You then have 48hours to confirm your reservation. |
| Q: | How do I know if there are any cancellation fees or other penalties when trying to change or cancel a reservation? |
| A: | When filling in your accommodation booking form, the selected properties terms and conditions will be shown. |
| Q: | How do I make a reservation cancellation? |
| A: | Please contact the accommodation property that you have booked. There contact information can be found on your booking confirmation form. |
